Extraction is for serviceable fabric—not every interior problem

Bespoke Deep Clean adds material-safe shampoo and extraction for carpet, mats, and cloth seating. The goal is to work beyond loose debris and surface wiping when the fabric itself holds ordinary buildup.

Extraction is not repair. It cannot replace missing fibers, restore dye loss, close burns or tears, or guarantee the removal of a permanent stain. The starting material and prior damage still set the limit.

Choose the package by the actual condition

Essential is the complete baseline for a maintained cabin. Signature adds crevice work, a mat scrub, expanded wipe-down, leather or vinyl cleaning where applicable, and light targeted spot treatment.

Deep Clean is the better fit when serviceable carpets, mats, or cloth seats need the additional shampoo-and-extraction step, or when more time is needed around seams, rails, the trunk, and difficult cabin buildup.

03

Why dry work comes before wet work

Loose debris is removed before moisture is introduced. Vacuuming and detailed dry work expose the fabric, keep loose dirt from becoming slurry, and make targeted treatment more controlled.

The process then moves by material and condition rather than soaking every surface. Headliners are not wet-cleaned, seats are not removed, and unsafe contamination is outside the current service menu.

What Jay needs to see before accepting the request

Use the four-photo request to show the front cabin, rear cabin or cargo area, and the fabric condition that concerns you most. Add a note about spills, salt residue, odors, pet hair, or prior chemicals.

Jay reviews the photos before the appointment and confirms what the selected package can reasonably address. Extreme pet hair, smoke saturation, mold, bodily fluids, pests, or biohazards may be declined.
